WELCOME!      to the first issue of the AHS School Newspaper for the 2005/06 school year.

In order to connect the community to happenings within the high school, while advancing school pride through the articles of our talented young writers, The Amsterdam Rampage will now make its home online!  Check back every other month for a new issue of the paper, featuring articles on school events, sports, opinions, politics, book reviews, student surveys, featured spotlights...  Spread the word with the Rampage!

The Rampage is now in its fourth year of circulation.  This year, our talented newspaper staff is headed by Senior Tiffany Petrosino in her second year as Editor.  Joe Stark, the chief photographer, snaps brilliant photos of school events to highlight school pride.   New to the staff is Joseph Ross, a photographer; and Robb Fetterly, who brings his expertise on political happenings and a liberal opinion to counter his conservative debate partner, Peter Pacek.  Other key staffers include Nique Morini, Kristen List, Amanda Kontizer, Nicole Konitzer, Alex Steele, and Richard Lyford.  Retiring is our chief printer Joan Thackrah; we wish you the best!
