Updated state immunization requirements

Changes to the state's immunization requirements take effect Sept. 1, 2007. The changes affect requirements for diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis vaccines. To read a letter to parents that explains the changes, click here.

Kindergarten registration eligibility

To be eligible for Kindergarten in September 2008, children must be 5 years old on or before December 1, 2008. Parents are asked to bring proof of age on an original birth or baptismal certificate and any immunization records.
