On Tuesday please write the first five spelling words in sentences and read the Phonics Reader with an adult.  Please sign the attached ticket stating that the book was read to an adult.  This is a great opportunity to share any difficulties your child had while reading.  On each ticket will be the phonics lesson for the week.  For example: we are learning that the ay and ai letter combinations make the long a sound.  

On Wednesday the children should write the next five spelling words in sentences and complete the math workbook page.

On Thursday the children should complete the spelling pretest and the math workbook page.

There is no homework for the weekend!  Enjoy friends and family!
