2008 Taste of Amsterdam to be held Tuesday, March 25!
The 2008 Taste of Amsterdam, which benefits the Amsterdam
Community Dollars for Scholars, will be held Tuesday, March
25, 2008 from 5:30-9 p.m. at Amsterdam High School.
-
There will be a variety of restaurants providing their
specialty food items in celebration of the diversity and
richness of our community. The cost for adults is $10,
students $5, and seniors $9.
-
Student talent will be showcased, including visual and
performance art, music, and creativity. It will be a wonderful
event to connect with neighbors and applaud the talent of our
students!
-
We encourage everyone to support MasterMinds, Odyssey of the
Mind, and Scholarships for our students by making a donation
to ACDFS in advance or ask for pledges from businesses and
people that you know in the community. No pledge or donation
is too small!
-
Spread the word and keep Amsterdam pride alive! If you need
forms to share with potential sponsors, please call ACDFS at
842-4989. The end of February is the deadline to collect
sponsors.
-
For information on the next ACDFS Board meeting at CAB, call

-
We are excited by the possibility of an even bigger and
better TOA this year that includes "Celebrity Waiters". If you
know of someone who would make a good Celebrity Waiter, please
contact ACDFS with their name and contact information.
