The Amsterdam High School Wind Ensemble, under the direction of Ann Wilary, traveled to Columbia High School on April 5 to participate in the New York State School Music Association “Majors” competition. The ensemble competed on a Level IV playing three concert selections for adjudicators (judges) and received the outstanding rating of Gold. This superior rating is reflective of months of hard work and dedication by our band students. Congratulations to the AHS Wind Ensemble.
