Ms. Embt’s probationary appointment will expire on August 31, 2022, at which time she will be entitled to consideration for tenure in the Elementary Education tenure area.  (Ms. Embt will be filling the vacancy created by Peter Yettru at McNulty.)

It is specifically acknowledged that Ms. Polikowski has agreed to waive any rights she may have to a probationary appointment and consideration for tenure and such agreement will be evidenced by a writing to be signed by both parties. Ms. Polikowski’s annual salary will be $95,000, prorated, per the terms and conditions of her agreement.
  • BE IT ALSO RESOLVED, that Ms. Polikowski is hereby granted a leave of absence from her current position in the Elementary tenure area, for the period July 23, 2018 to coincide with her temporary Interim Director. Should Ms. Polikowski’s temporary appointment be terminated during or at the end of this leave of absence, she shall have the right to return to an available position within the Elementary tenure area.
