science teacher works in hand on lab with high school students

Adam Tegnander, assistant professor at SUNY-Cobleskill in the Histotechnology Department, visited Amsterdam High School Jan. 8 to present to students and generate interest in the field of Histotechnology and in the program at SUNY-Cobleskill. He visited five science classes (physics, chemistry, forensics, AP biology and AP physics), unveiling organs and specimens that would be analyzed in the histotechnology lab. He also answered questions for the students about the field.
