The GASD Educational Foundation, Inc. held its first Golf Classic for the Kids tournament at Amsterdam Muni Golf Course Saturday, May 21 and raised thousands of dollars to support GASD students. Thank you to all of our sponsors, our 60 players, the staff at the golf course and the City of Amsterdam for making this a great event and we are already look forward to our second classic next spring. The Greater Amsterdam Educational Foundation, Inc. was officially established in January, 2021 to help finance innovative programs to enhance the academic and personal growth of students and teachers.
