I. Call to Order at 11:05 a.m.

II. Federal ID has been established and received as of 01/11/2021

III. Certificate of Corporation and Bylaws received

IV. Discussion of how to reach out to people (general public and alumni) interested in helping the foundation in ways such as subcommittees, donations, and good news stories

V. Bank account will be established

VI. Board of Directors has been established as follows:

  • Richard Ruberti, Director and President
  • Colleen DiCaprio, Director and Treasurer
  • Rebecca Cozzocrea, Director and Secretary

VII. Motion to approve Board of Directors (Ruberti, DiCaprio), motion approved

VIII. Motion to approve Bylaws (Ruberti, DiCaprio), motion approved

IX. Next meeting will be 01/21/2021 at 6:30 p.m.

X. Meeting adjourned 11:41 a.m.
