The meeting adjourned at 7:50 pm and entered into executive session.  Executive session adjourned at 8:47 pm and reentered regular session. On the motion of Dr. Bush the meeting adjourned at 8:48 pm.

Services to be paid out of the general fund.

RESOLVED: that the Board of Education authorizes the Interim Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Raymond Colucciello to sign the Agreements By and Between Upstate Cerebral Palsy, Inc. and the Greater Amsterdam School District for residential tuition placement. Residential tuition services will be paid for one (1) student for Summer 2019 and the 2019-2020 school year, beginning on July 1, 2019 and ending on June 30, 2020, for a payment not to exceed $6,176.00 per month upon review by the school attorney.

RESOLVED: that the Board of Education authorizes the Interim Superintendent of Schools,Dr.  Raymond Colucciello, to sign the Service Agreement Contract By and Between the Greater  Amsterdam School District and the Northeast Parent and Child Society for educational services  provided to any and all students placed July 8, 2019 – June 26, 2020. The Day Program Tuition fee  shall be $40,372.00 per student, per 10 month school year, and $6,729.00 per student, per 2 month  summer school session prorated and billed monthly, based on tuition rates determined by NYSED  for the 2019-2020 school  year, upon review by the school attorney. Services to be paid out of the general fund.

RESOLVED: that the Board of Education authorizes the Interim Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Raymond Colucciello, to sign the contract with Amsterdam Family Practice Associates, 119 Holland Circle, Amsterdam, NY.  The contract will appoint Amsterdam Family Practice Associates as consultant physicians for the 2019-2020 school year at an annual contract of $36,000.00, upon attorney review.

Nancy Andress  will provide support for the School Comprehensive Education Plan (SCEP) and  Comprehensive Improvement Plan (DCIP) planning.  The contract will run from July 1, 2019 through August 31, 2019 for up to 8 days not to exceed $9,570.00 funded  through Title I, Title II, and District School Improvement Grants.

(Mr. Surento is being transferred from Montgomery County.)
