GASD families, students and staff,

This afternoon, Governor Hochul announced that the statewide mask requirement in schools will be lifted this Wednesday, March 2. This means that students, school staff and visitors will no longer be required to wear face coverings or masks in any of our school buildings or on school buses.

Students or staff wishing to still wear masks may do so. Any ridicule or criticism for doing so will not be tolerated.

As always, we continue to work with our local county health officials as COVID-19 health and safety protocols evolve. We will keep you informed of any additional changes to these protocols.
