McNulty Academy students are participating in the Kids Heart Challenge this month.
The Kids Heart Challenge is a fun and exciting event where students learn about their heart while helping others by raising money for the American Heart Association. It prepares your child for success through physical and emotional well-being.
Heart disease is the leading cause of death for all Americans, and up to 80 percent of it may be preventable through lifestyle changes. In addition to being a fundraiser to help others, the Kids Heart Challenge will teach your child the importance of adopting healthy habits early in life and share inspirational stories of children who have been touched by heart disease.
The program is running four week throughout the month of February. Students can create their fundraiser accounts online by clicking here.
