Health Insurance Information
The district provides employees and retirees with a brief summary of all health insurance benefits along with plan rate sheets. These documents are available for download as a PDF. Hard copies of these documents are available in the district office.
Please remember that MVP operates on a calendar year (January 1 to December 31), while PPOB and CDPHP operate on a fiscal year (July 1 to June 30). Applications must be submitted prior to open enrollment.
