Students at Lynch Explore Future Careers with New Technology

Teachers in eighth grade FACS classes with Miss Heck and Mrs. Featherstone have begun using Naviance with their students. Naviance is a computer based program focused on college and career readiness. Within the program, students are able to identify personal strengths and individual interests and how these can be applied to future careers. Students and teachers are excited for this new addition to their curriculum. Students will begin working on individual portfolios within Naviance as early as 6th grade. These portfolios will follow them to the high school where they will complete more in-depth college and career readiness course work and plan for their future.
