Congratulations to Amsterdam High School students (left to right in the center) Aaron Madej, Madison Turney and Madalyn Goehrig, the latest recipients of a Greater Amsterdam Educational Foundation Inc. Grant Scholarship of $700 each. The scholarship will pay for their three fall College in the High School classes that they are taking for a total of nine credits each from Fulton-Montgomery Community College. All AHS students had the ability to apply for a Foundation scholarship. Joining the recipients are GASD Superintendent of Schools Richard Ruberti (left) and AHS Assistant Principal Al Mattice.
