The Amsterdam High School competitive cheer team earned first place in the Class B division and received the Best Choreography Overall award at the Broadalbin-Perth Cheer Bonanza.
The Rams delivered a strong performance that highlighted execution, timing and teamwork against teams from across the region.
The first-place finish and choreography award mark another milestone for the program this season.
“We are proud of the focus and commitment our athletes continue to show at every competition,” Athletic Director John Salls said. “Their preparation and teamwork were evident on the mat, and these results reflect their hard work.”
The team continues its competitive season in upcoming regional events.
