Dear Parents/Guardians,
I am reaching out to inform you about an incident that occurred this afternoon Feb. 1, concerning Lynch Literacy Academy. During a call to the county office, an unidentified male made non-specific threats outside the district referencing LLA.
Please be reassured that local law enforcement is actively investigating the matter, and we are committed to providing updates as new information becomes available. Your child's safety remains our top priority.
We want to emphasize that there will be no delays, and school activities will continue as scheduled. In response to this situation, we want to assure you that additional security measures have been implemented. Extra patrols will be monitoring the school premises to enhance the safety of our students and staff.
We strongly urge everyone to report any suspicious activity. If you encounter such information, please contact your school or local law enforcement without hesitation.
