The Greater Amsterdam School District is proud to announce Ryan Adams as the newly appointed Cadet Commanding Officer of the MCJROTC program at Amsterdam High School.
Adams recently demonstrated exceptional determination and resilience by successfully completing the Spartan Super Race in Vernon Township, NJ. This demanding 7.2-mile race, renowned for its challenging obstacles and diverse terrain, required participants to push their physical and mental limits. Ryan's impressive performance placed him 15th in his age group on his first attempt, showcasing the qualities of perseverance and leadership that he will bring to his new role.
As Cadet Commanding Officer, Adams plans to apply the discipline and endurance honed through this experience to inspire and lead his fellow cadets. His commitment to excellence, demonstrated through his success in one of the most challenging endurance races, reflects the leadership qualities that will help drive the MCJROTC program forward.
