Dear Parents/Guardians,
It gives me great pleasure to provide you with information about this year’s graduation rehearsal and graduation commencement ceremony. We realize this is a special day for you and your families as you celebrate your child’s amazing academic achievement. We want this day to be memorable for you and your child and have taken great pride in the planning process.
Weather permitting, this year’s ceremony will be held at Lynch Middle School Turf Field on Friday, June 27 at 6:30 p.m.

Monday, June 23 Graduation Rehearsal – Mandatory
Rehearsal: 9:00 am – 1:30 pm
Location: Lynch Middle School
Note: Seniors will need to find their own transportation to and from Lynch Literacy Academy.
Park only on the city streets LLA parking lot is reserved for staff while school is in session
Do not bring any bags, books or chromebooks.
Seniors meet at LLA Turf Field to pick up cap and gown: 9:00 a.m.
Bus departs LLA for elementary school parade: 9:45 a.m.
Return to LLA Auditorium: 11:00 a.m.
Class Picture: 11:45 a.m.
Graduation Rehearsal: 12:00 p.m.
Lunch will be provided at LLA: 1:00 p.m.
Seniors will pick up 5 tickets for graduation: 1:30 p.m.
*Rain date for this rehearsal is Tuesday, June 24 with the same time schedule above. A notification will go out via ParentSquare.
TICKETS
At rehearsal, each senior will receive an envelope with a total of FIVE (5) tickets.
TWO (2) purple tickets and THREE (3) gold tickets.
Outdoor Ceremony
A purple or gold ticket is required for entry at the field.

Graduation Commencement Ceremony
Location: Lynch Middle School Turf Field
Graduate Arrival time: 5:00 p.m. ~ Report to LLA Auditorium
Guest Seating:
Gates open at 5:30 p.m. and all guests must be seated by 6:15 p.m. A ticket is required for anyone age 5 and over.
Ceremony Start Time: 6:30 p.m.
Note: Seniors, for your safety and the safety of others, NO high heels are permitted on the turf field

Location: Lynch Middle School Turf
Gates Open: 9:00 a.m. - Graduates report to the auditorium
Guest Seating: All guests must be seated by 9:45 a.m.
