The Amsterdam Rotary Club has awarded a $20,000 donation to the Amsterdam Marching Rams to support the continued success of the district’s music program.
The donation was made possible through proceeds from the club’s British Invasion Variety Show. The Marching Rams were selected as the event’s beneficiary for 2024.
The funding will help offset the cost of running the program and provide necessary equipment and supplies. It will also support travel for educational and competition-based events, as well as participation in parades and community functions.
The district thanks the Amsterdam Rotary Club and all who supported the British Invasion Variety Show for helping make this contribution possible.
