We are pleased to share that the water main break at Marie Curie Elementary School has been fully repaired. Water service has been restored, and the building is ready to welcome students and staff back safely.

School will be open tomorrow, and classes will resume as normal.

We want to thank our families for their patience, understanding, and cooperation today as we worked through this unexpected issue. We also extend our appreciation to the City of Amsterdam crews and district maintenance staff for their quick response and hard work in resolving the situation.

Sincerely,
Richard Ruberti
Superintendent of Greater Amsterdam Schools
