Award winners

McNulty Elementary is continuing its commitment to celebrating student growth through its character initiative, “Perseverance Leads the Way.” Each month, students are recognized for demonstrating determination, resilience and a positive attitude in their learning — and the newest honorees have shown all of that and more.

Students selected for the award are invited to visit Principal Tina O’Brien and “teach the principal” what they’ve learned. These special moments highlight each student’s problem-solving skills, academic progress and personal growth, turning hard work into leadership.

Each recipient receives a certificate recognizing their perseverance and their role as a “teacher for the day.” The initiative reinforces confidence and celebrates students who push through challenges with focus, effort and pride.
