Dear AHS Parents/Guardians,
It gives me pleasure to provide you with information about this year’s graduation rehearsal and commencement ceremony. We realize this is a special day for you and your families as you celebrate your child’s amazing academic achievement. We have taken great pride in preparing a ceremony that reflects the importance of this milestone. We want this day to be memorable for you and your graduate.
Weather permitting, this year’s ceremony will be held at Lynch Middle School Stadium Turf Field on Friday, June 26 at 5 p.m.

Location: Lynch Middle School
Note: Seniors must provide their own transportation to and from Lynch Literacy Academy. Please do not bring any bags, books, or Chromebooks.

Footwear: For your safety, NO high heels allowed on the field. Flat shoes or wedges are recommended.

Ticket Guide
Every senior receives 5 tickets total (2 Gold, 3 Purple). A ticket is required for anyone age 4 and older.
Outdoor Ceremony: Purple or Gold ticket grants entry to the Turf Field.
Indoor Ceremony (Inclement Weather):
GOLD Ticket: LIVE seating in the Gymnasium.
PURPLE Ticket: VIDEO stream viewing in the Auditorium.
Communication: If the weather looks questionable on Saturday morning, keep your eyes on ParentSquare for updates regarding an evening or indoor shift.
