Receivership Annual Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Greater Amsterdam School District will conduct a Public Hearing regarding the State Superintendent Receivership Support Model and Continuation Plan for Raphael J. McNulty Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year.

Purpose of the Hearing
In accordance with New York State Commissioner’s Regulation §100.19 and NYS Education Law §211-f, this public hearing provides an opportunity for parents, guardians, teachers, school staff, students, and community members to:
Review Progress & Data: Receive updates on academic achievement, student growth indicators, and chronic absenteeism metrics.
Discuss Receivership Support: Learn about the resources, intervention strategies, and special authority granted under the Superintendent Receivership model to improve student outcomes.
Review the Continuation Plan: Provide input on the 2026–2027 Receivership Continuation Plan and target goals.
Public Input & Comments: Share feedback directly with school and district leaders. Comments will be compiled and submitted to the Community Engagement Team (CET) and the New York State Education Department (NYSED).
