The musical follows Cady Heron, who may have grown up on an African savanna, but nothing prepared her for the wild and vicious ways of her strange new home: suburban Illinois. How will this naïve newbie rise to the top of the popularity pecking order?
By taking on The Plastics, a trio of lionized frenemies led by the charming but ruthless Regina George. But when Cady and her friends devise a "Revenge Party" to end Regina’s reign, she learns the hard way that you can’t cross a queen bee without getting stung.

Amsterdam Wrestlers Win Section 2 Division I Class 2 Titles
Two Amsterdam High School wrestlers won individual championships at the Section 2 Division I Class 2 Wrestling Championships.
Carlos Rivera-Russe and Mason Earley each earned titles after advancing through their respective brackets. Their wins secured sectional championships and represented Amsterdam boys wrestling at the Division I level.

Guests will experience an evening of live entertainment, dancing, and a silent auction, all in support of after-prom programming. Attendees are encouraged to dress to impress in glamorous, red-carpet-ready prom attire.
Proceeds from this event help fund After-Prom programs for students from Amsterdam, Fonda-Fultonville, Canajoharie, and Fort Plain High Schools, creating safe and memorable end-of-year experiences. A portion of the proceeds will also benefit after-ball activities for this year’s senior class.

The Amsterdam Rams wrestling team went a perfect 5–0 in league play to claim the Foothills Council title during the 2025–26 season, finishing the regular season 10–1 overall in dual meets. From start to finish, the Rams delivered big performances and statement wins on their way to an undefeated league run.

Last month, the Amsterdam Marching Rams were excited to return to our community parade after missing the year before while competing in Massachusetts — where they proudly took first place in the America’s Hometown Thanksgiving Parade in Plymouth, MA! It recounts the tale of Ebenezer Scrooge, an elderly miser who is visited by the ghost of his former business partner Jacob Marley, along with the spirits of Christmas Past, Present, and Yet to Come. It is a fantastic way to kick off the Holiday Season as we see Scrooge transform into a new man, learning the meaning of Christmas, and ultimately the joy of humanity and peace on earth.
